A ARTICULAÇÃO ENTRE ADVÉRBIO E ASPECTO NA LINGUÍSTICA COGNITIVA: UMA PERSPECTIVA MULTIMODAL

No Português Brasileiro, a articulação entre as noções de advérbio, aspecto e iteração foi realizada em propostas de cunho funcionalista. No âmbito da Linguística Cognitiva, embora uma categorização como a de advérbio aspectualizador e, mais especificamente, de advérbio aspectualizador de repetição/reiteração não tenha sido ainda explicitada, as noções de advérbio, aspecto e iteração/repetição, que acreditamos ser pré-requisitos para construção dessa categoria de advérbios específica, já o foram. Sendo assim, objetivamos, nesta pesquisa, discutir, a partir das considerações da Gramática Cognitiva sobre advérbio, aspecto e iteratividade, a postulação e o funcionamento da categoria advérbio aspectualizador de repetição/reiteração. Para isso, coletamos 60 (sessenta) ocorrências vídeo-gravadas de 4 (quatro) advérbios aspectualizadores de repetição/reiteração constituídos pelo nome “vezes”, a saber: “muitas vezes”, “várias vezes”, “algumas vezes” e “poucas vezes”, abrigadas no Distributed Little Red Hen Lab e no YouTube. Realizamos a anotação e a análise gestual com base no Sistema Linguístico de Anotação Gestual (LASG), que está inserido nos Métodos de Análise de Gestos (MGA). As discussões teórico-metodológicas empreendidas e os resultados quantitativos e qualitativos obtidos sugerem que é possível pensar em uma noção cognitiva e multimodal da categoria advérbio aspectualizador e, mais especificamente, sistematizar a categoria advérbio aspectualizador de repetição/reiteração na integração gesto-fala, sob a ótica da Gramática Cognitiva, confirmando nossa primeira hipótese. Também consideramos que é possível confirmar parcialmente nossa segunda hipótese de que as informações sobre a conceptualização da categoria advérbio aspectualizador de repetição/reiteração seriam veiculadas nos Esquemas Imagéticos “escala”, “iteração” e “Ciclo” por meio dos gestos, uma vez que as informações foram veiculadas nos Esquemas “Trajetória”, “Iteração” e “ciclo”.
